GROW THE CULTURE OPEN AIR 2026 is a small to medium scale outdoor festival held at Oba Camp Village.
Influenced by UK sound system culture. This will be the 4th edition of the event, and as it grows larger each year, we are now recruiting volunteer staff.

・Must be 20 years of age or older on the day of the event
・Passionate about outdoor festivals and raves
・Interested in working behind the scenes of music events
・Passionate about dance music, including bass music
・Comfortable communicating proactively with others
Period
・All submitted information will be used solely for the purpose of this selection process and will not be shared with or transferred to third parties.

Hours
・Shift-based schedule
・Approximately 5–6 hours of work per shift
※ Please check with your manager during your shift and take breaks as needed
※ Depending on the situation on the day, you may be asked to work additional hours
Belongings and clothing
Nothing in particular, but bringing a change of clothes is recommended for your comfort.
Please wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing suitable for outdoor activities, such as camping or hiking gear.

How to spend your time
・Feel free to enjoy the event during your time off between shifts.
・Once your shift is over, you’re free to leave or stay and enjoy the event.
※ As this is an all-night event, depending on your assigned shift, it may be difficult to return home immediately.

Nearest Station: Musashi-Itsukaichi Station
Venue: Ohba Camping Village
※ Please meet at the station, and we will provide transportation to the venue by car.
※ You may also make your own way to the venue using public transportation.
※ Please note that arriving by private car is generally not permitted.
1. Traffic Control
・Direct attendees to the venue at designated points near the entrance to the mountain road
・Guide and report vehicles entering and leaving the venue
・Monitor the surrounding area and carry out other related duties
2. Driver
・Transportation of equipment, staff, and performing artists
・Additional tasks such as shopping for supplies may be required as needed
※ Please note that alcohol consumption may not be permitted during certain shifts.
3. BAR STAFF
・Serving drinks to guests at the bar
・Handling cash and cashless payments via Square
・Basic drink prep, stock management, and sales reporting
4. Photography Support
・Capturing footage of the venue and stage using a gimbal camera
・Shooting photo and video content for the aftermovie and social media
・Assisting with party photography and other related tasks
5. Operation Support
・Managing the entrance and assisting guests as needed
・Managing equipment and supporting either setup or teardown
・Handling ad hoc tasks in coordination with the organising team
6. Open Position
・Rather than being limited to a specific role or task, we’ll suggest how you can contribute based on your experience and background
